Application Criteria

4th year student of an Accredited Osteopathic Medical School - or -
No more than 3 years past graduation from an Osteopathic Medical School, residency training experience or active practice
Must have passed COMLEX Level 1 and COMLEX Level 2 on the first attempt with a minimum three digit score of 450 on each exam (minimum 2 digit score of 78)
Letters from at least three (3) Osteopathic Physicians who have witnessed you in a clinical rotation, two of which must be Osteopathic Family Physicians. A minimum three (3) letters of reference are required.
Applications will only be accepted through ERAS
We do not accept resident applications that require J or H visa status
Must have excellent skills in verbal and written English
