Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority

The Choctaw Nation Health Care Clinic in Broken Bow, OK is an extension of the Idabel Facility. It houses one mid-level provider position in order to see walk-ins/urgent care. The new facility was completed in 2007. It is approximately 6,281 sq ft.

Once the patients see the provider, if medications are prescribed, they can go to the Idabel Clinic to receive their medications from the pharmacy.

The facility also offers other services. One such service is the Community Health Nurse that provides several services to those in our area and in-house like immunization, new child visits, etc. There is also a preventative health component that offers education for the Choctaw Nation 10&1/2 counties.

The facility is closed on most major holidays, so please call in advance on those dates.

Our facility is located east of Broken Bow and highway 259. You turn east on the intersection of Park Drive and Martin Luther King Drive and go about 1&1/2 miles. It is located on the right.

If you have never been to our facility, please bring your information such as CDIB, DL, Insurance information, and Social Security Card for registration. They will get you set up for service. If you have never been to this area of Oklahoma, you are in for something special. We have many outdoor activities located in our area such as our Beaver’s Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake.
