The Diabetes Wellness Center provides screening for diabetes by appointment in the clinic located at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina, OK. To schedule a screening for yourself or a family member 10 years and up, call 800-349-7026, 6673 or ask doctor for referral. Screening is also provided routinely at health fairs, community centers, and other sites throughout Choctaw Nation's 10 1/2 county area. Our largest screening event is offered each year at the Labor Day Festival at Tuskahoma. Visit our booth while you enjoy the events of Labor Day. |
