Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the cardiologist, the technologist will be responsible for technical and patient care functions related to cardiovascular ultrasound imaging. Perform cardiovascular ultrasound studies, including echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram, pharmacological echocardiogram, carotid and venogram ultrasound imaging for cardiologist/physician review. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the cardiologist and/or Imaging Services Director.
This position supports Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority code of conduct and compliance by adhering to all laws and regulations, accreditation, licensure requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
Qualification
This position prefers but does not quire ARDMS certification with RDCS or CCI credential. New grads must become certified within one year of hire. CPR certification within 30 days of hire is also required. Requires completion of a two-year AMA approved program and one year of ultrasound training and certification, or two years of allied health experience and successful completion of a two year accredited program, or successful completion of an AMA accredited ultrasound program.

Job Description
Dietary Aide Level 1 is the entry level position in the Dietary department. Performs a variety of foood preparation duties, such as preparing cold foods and beverages for patient and cafeteria services. As scheduled will work in the kitchen and cafeteria areas. Following the patient menu, help, prepare, and assemble patient trays and snacks. Will help the receiving and storage of dieary supplies. Will perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation procedures in the food service area. As assigned completes records kept in the Dietary department, such as temprature checks, meal count sheets, etc.
Qualification
Must be literate and able to complete basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Is able to work well with co-workers, supervisors and public in stressful situations. Is able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and a full range of body movement for a prolonged period during the day. Is able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Must be flexible in working hours and days scheduled in order to meet the needs of the Dietary department , will include different shifts, some weekends and holidays. Must be able to learn how to operate a variety of foodservice machines and basic office machines. Must be able to learn proper food handling, production, safety and sanitation procedures applying to the Dietary area. Must be able to tolerate very warm and cold work enviroments.
