Care Program

Description of Services

Choctaw Nation Chi Hullo Li is a long term comprehensive culturally sensitive residential treatment program for Native American women who are parenting or pregnant and their children. Participants must reside in Oklahoma and be 18 years or older and may bring up to two children between the ages of 0 – 11. The Choctaw Hullo Li Residential Treatment Center is dedicated to empowering Native American women and their families. Promoting the healing of women and their children, Chi Hullo Li provides a diverse experience that encompasses cultural and spiritual identity, physical and emotional health, education and effective parenting.

  • Abstinence from alcohol and other drug use among women admitted for treatment.
  • To improve the social functioning of the client within the context of the family unit.
  • To provide a comprehensive continuum of substance abuse care for the women and their children, family members and significant others.

  • Program Guidelines/ Qualifications:

    Native American woman 18 years or older, CDIB, must have children or be pregnant, reside in Oklahoma and have a substance abuse problem.
