Choctaw Nation Health is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in diagnostic imaging services. Our imaging department maintains state of the art imaging equipment and continually looks ahead at innovative technology to keep pace with community needs. Our department has a variety of full-time services to offer our patients, these include.

  • Breast Imaging (Mammography)
  • Bone Density (Osteoporosis screening)
  • CT (Computerized Tomography)
  • Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray)
  • Ultrasound (Abdomen, Breast, OB, Small parts, Pelvic, & U/S guided FNA)

Hours of operation at Choctaw Nation Health Care Center

  • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (mammography & ultrasound)
  • Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (bone density)
  • There is 24 hour coverage seven days a week for CT and diagnostic imaging (x-ray).
