Ensures qualifying children in Oklahoma have the medical coverage they deserve.

Dental Services

Provides annual exams, extractions, amalgam fillings, composite fillings, non-permanent stainless-steel crowns and hygiene services.

Dermatology

Services include the evaluation and treatment of skin conditions (e.g.,acne, rosacea, psoriasis) and skin lesions (e.g., cancer, warts, skin tags) and minor surgical procedures.

Diabetes Wellness Center

Designed to treat diabetic patients for symptoms arising from their disease in a safe, comfortable environment with certified diabetes educators throughout the reservation.

Emergency Care

Offering emergency and urgent care services at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina 24 hours per day, seven days per week, all year long.

ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat)

Offering evaluation and treatment for conditions of the ears, nose and throat, including head and neck surgeries.

Eyeglasses, Dentures and Hearing Aid Program (EDH)

Provides eligible Choctaw tribal members with eyeglasses, dentures or partials and hearing aids.

Family Medicine Residency Clinic

Focused on providing comprehensive medical training to family medicine physicians in order to practice quality, patient-centered and compassionate care for Choctaw Nation patients.
