Provides wellness, social services, behavioral health services, case management and providers in geriatric-specific care to assist elders achieve a higher quality of life or maintain an optimal level of functioning and wellness.
Healthy Aging Lending Closet
Gently used medical equipment donations are repaired, sanitized and distributed to those in need.
Healthy Lifestyles
Promotes and hosts community events and advocates for policy changes that focus on physical activity, nutrition, tobacco prevention and overall healthy lifestyles.
Himitthoa Achukmaka (Healthy Youth) Program
Provides interactive educational presentations to schools within the Choctaw Nation Reservation, educating students on the dangers of vaping and nicotine addiction.
Hospitality House
Providing a "home-away-from-home" for family members and loved ones of patients, as well as for patients who have an appointment the next day from outside the Talihina area.
Internal Medicine
Serving patients with multiple ailments, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
Labor and Delivery
Provides delivery services, anesthesia, recovery, postpartum care and Level 1 nursery services in a state-of-the-art facility located in Talihina.
Mail Order Pharmacy Refills
Eligible prescription refills can be refilled and mailed from the Refill Center in Poteau.
Medical Laboratory
Provides most routine patient testing; tests are sent to a reference laboratory.
